Discount applies only to the client who originally booked the qualifying package and is non-transferable.
Discount is valid on full-price session fees only and cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, mini-sessions, or bundled offers.
Discount applies to session fees only and does not apply to travel fees, permits, prints, albums, products, or à-la-carte upgrades.
Client must be in good standing, with all previous invoices fully paid, to redeem the discount.
Brivido Photo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the lifetime discount program for future clients; however, any client who has already earned the perk will continue to receive their discount under the terms listed here.
Discount cannot be applied retroactively to past sessions or bookings made before earning the perk.
Valid only for sessions booked directly through Brivido Photo—third-party or affiliate bookings are excluded.
Standard booking policies (retainers, contracts, rescheduling rules) still apply.

**Location-based travel fees - Terms & Conditions

Travel Fee Structure

Sessions located more than 15 miles from ZIP code 06418 (Derby, CT) will incur a travel fee of $0.50 per mile, calculated round trip.
The Hairloom Session package is exempt from this fee, unless a location outside CT is chosen, in which case the mileage is calculated for the travel milage outside of CT only.
Mileage is calculated using the most direct route per Google Maps at the time of booking.

Payment of Travel Fees

Travel fees are due with the final invoice or as otherwise specified in the client contract.
Travel fees are non-refundable after travel has been completed, even in the event of rescheduling by the client (unless weather-related or otherwise approved by Brivido Photo).

Extended Travel

Locations exceeding 50 miles may require additional considerations such as:
- Higher travel rate
- Early start surcharges
- Parking fees, tolls, or permits (client responsibility)
- Possible lodging for sunrise, destination, or multi-day travel sessions
Any additional costs will be disclosed prior to contract signing.

Client Responsibility

Limitations

Travel outside of Connecticut or to restricted-access sites (parks requiring permits, private estates, or event venues) may require prior approval.
Photographer reserves the right to decline travel for safety, legal, or logistical reasons.
